At Star Fleet, we believe that honesty and trust is the best policy. Instead of doing customer service surveys in-house, we prefer to have them done out in the public - where they will be unedited and available for anyone to read.
We're also proud because, with that policy in mind, customers have scored us 81 percent at CitySearch. We love hearing about the customer experience our guests have had, and we know that it is important for all of our potential customers to know exactly what happens on our yachts. Here are some samples of what people are saying on CitySearch:
"I hosted my daughter's "Sweet 16 Sail-abration" this weekend and Star Fleet's service was superb! We felt like celebrities! Mark, Meg and Rush were awesome and made our party effortless. From the welcome to the waters (and allowing us to stop and see the dolphins), everyone's experience was memorable! Thank you for a super Saturday sail-abration...it was truly a sweet 16 to remember!" - Cheronda H.
"I had a wonderful dinner cruise on Friday, Sept. 28. The food menu was delicious and the price even included bottomless beer and margaritas. To our surprise, we got entertained with a play that included other guests. It was a great night with perfect weather. Great job Star Fleet!" - Nicole G.
"My girlfriend and I loved the cruise at Kemah, the day before V-day. We were on the single-level Star Cruiser. The cruise lasted for a couple of hours, and we got to see the sunset, as we left the dock around 5. The saxophonist was cool. The food was awesome: Steak, fish, mac & cheese, caramelized carrots, salad with the just the right amount of oil. I would've liked to have had more than one chocolate-covered strawberry for dessert, but they were pretty big. Some people danced, many of us went out on the deck and took pictures of the Kemah Boardwalk or threw Mardi Gras beads to passerbys when we were close enough, and a guy even proposed to his long-time girlfriend toward the end of the cruise. Overall, a great evening at sea. Thanks for a fun time, guys!" - Frank B.
"We had a ball, went to 80's party the food was excellent, and the entertainment outstanding. I want to go back and try to brunch and the Halloween party!! Had a great time." - Jennise C.

At Star Fleet, we understand that a lot of our success depends on the local environment and well being of the nature surrounding Galveston Bay. That's why we made the Galveston Bay Foundation our preferred charity. The Galveston Bay Foundation was founded in 1987 as a nonprofit organization to preserve, protect and enhance Galveston Bay -- one of the world's most productive estuaries. Its balanced programs in advocacy, conservation, education, and research strive to ensure that Galveston Bay remains a beautiful and productive place for generations to come. Our founder, Tom Lober, firmly believed in the Galveston Bay, and we are proud that after his passing, many donations were made in his name. We also continue to hold the Redfish Raftup cruise every Labor Day to benefit the Galveston Bay Foundation. While we get many donation requests every month, we feel that to serve our community best, it is important to focus our charitable donations whole-heartedly instead of donating small amounts to many charities. Because of that, we do not accept donation requests. Learn more about the Galveston Bay Foundation.
