At Star Fleet, we believe that honesty and trust is the best policy. Instead of doing customer service surveys in house, we prefer to have them done out in public - where they will be unedited and available for anyone to read.
We're also proud, because with that policy in mind, customers have rated us 4.5 Stars over 122 reviews. We love hearing about the customer experience our guests have had, and we know that it is important for all of our potential customers to know exactly what happens on our yachts.

"My girlfriend and I loved the cruise at Kemah, the day before V-day. We were on the single-level Star Cruiser. The cruise lasted for a couple of hours, and we got to see the sunset, as we left the dock around 5. The saxophonist was cool. Th...e food was awesome: Steak, fish, mac & cheese, caramelized carrots, salad with the just the right amount of oil. I would've liked to have had more than one chocolate-covered strawberry for dessert, but they were pretty big. Some people danced, many of us went out on the deck and took pictures of the Kemah Boardwalk or threw Mardi Gras beads to passerbys when we were close enough, and a guy even proposed to his long-time girlfriend toward the end of the cruise.
