Server

We are always looking for great servers!  A Star Fleet server should have the drink menu memorized, have high alcohol sales, and high tip percentages.  All servers must be 18 or older.

Bartender

We are always looking for great bartenders! A Star Fleet bartender should have the drink menu memorized, be able to quickly make drinks, and keep the bar stocked and set up for success.

Cruise Director

A Cruise Director is our front of the house manager.  A Star Fleet Cruise Director runs an efficient crew, and ensures both guests and staff have fun!  They are the point of contact for the sales team and for the client.  A Star Fleet Cruise Director makes sure that all instructions from the sales team are followed and also problem solves any issue that arrise with either the guests or the staff on their own, without consulting with their supervisor.

Wedding Coordinator

A Wedding Coordinator is the point of contact between the Cruise Director and the bride.  A Star Fleet Wedding Coordinator works with the bride, Cruise Director, and vendors to make sure that the bride's perfect day goes as smoothly as possible.  The bride will rave about you and our servers and bartenders will enjoy working alongside you.

Captain

A Star Fleet Captain will have a 100 Ton license, and will be able to cruise in almost any conditions experienced in the Clear Lake area.  A Star Fleet Captain will also have a positive and helpful attitude, entertain pilot house guests and kids, as well as report on the well being of the ship.  If necessary, they should be able to fix any mechanical problems that arise during a cruise.

Port Engineer

Want a job immediately? Consider applying as a part time captain, because we love to promote from within!

The Star Fleet Port Engineer is a full time position, and is the person responsible for maintaining our vessels. The Port Engineer receives feedback from the onboard staff and prioritizes and delegates to the maintenance staff.  Projects can range from repowering our vessels to cosmetics.  The Port Engineer eliminates down time of our vessels so that we can operate them and generate revenue as often as possible.  The Port Engineer is also responsible for our preventative maintenance program.
