All private events are buffet style service, unless seated service is purchased.  Buffet style service for chicken and fish dishes includes 1 piece per guaranteed guest plus an additional piece for 20% of the guaranteed guest count.   Buffet style service for beef and pork dishes includes 6 ounces per guaranteed guest plus an additional 6 ounces for 20% of the guaranteed guest count.  Speak to your Cruise Consultant if you wish to purchase additional trays of food for your guests.
