Take exit 30B for TX-225 E/La Porte towards Pasadena.
Merge onto TX-225 E.
Take the exit to TX-146 S towards La Porte.
Stay Straight over the Kemah Bridge.
Take the first right after the bridge on FM-2094/Marina Bay Drive.
Drive 250 feet and turn right on Carolyn St.
Carolyn Street dead ends in our parking lot.
From Galveston
Take TX-146 North towards Houston.
Take a left on FM-2094/Marina Bay Drive. DO NOT go over the Kemah Bridge.
Drive 250 feet and turn right on Carolyn St.
Carolyn Street dead ends in our parking lot.
From Beaumont
Proceed to I-10 West toward Houston
Exit 797 toward TX-146/Mont Belvieu/Baytown
Turn left onto SR-146 South
Stay Straight over the Kemah Bridge.
Take the first right after the bridge on FM-2094/Marina Bay Drive.
Drive 250 feet and turn right on Carolyn St.
Carolyn Street dead ends in our parking lot.
From the Kemah Boardwalk
Leave the Kemah Boardwalk heading south on Bradford Ave.
Take the first right onto 6th St.
Take the first right onto Texas Ave.
Take the 3rd left onto 3rd St.
Go underneath the Kemah Bridge.
Take the right at W 4th St. Take the first right onto Carolyn Street.
