Buffet style service for chicken and fish dishes includes one piece per guaranteed guest plus an additional piece for 20 percent of the guaranteed guest count. Buffet style service for beef and pork dishes includes 6 ounces per guaranteed guest plus an additional 6 ounces for 20 percent of the guaranteed guest count. Speak to your Cruise Consultant if you wish to purchase additional trays of food for your guests.
