High School Graduation Parties

There are two types of high school graduation parties: those organized and paid for by the school and those put together by a student (or several students) and their parents.
High School Graduation Party – Organized By Student
The cost of chartering a yacht can be significantly reduced if three or four students go together to host a party. For example, each student may be allowed 25 guests to invite and would end up paying 25% of the cost of the party (if four students went in together). All that is needed is for them to agree on a theme, menu and entertainment.
INVITATIONS
- Make color copies of the high school student when they were in elementary school. Write the invitation on the back.
- Send Diploma Invitations – written on parchment paper, rolled up and secured with a ribbon.
DECORATIONS
- Enlarge the student(s) year book photo to display on an easel.
- Decorate the tables with high school memorabilia like prom photos, text books, pom-poms, year books, etc.
- Splash the school colors around the room with crepe paper or helium balloons.
- Have videos playing showing school events like prom, foot ball games and the graduation party.
High School Graduation Party – Organized By The School
Schools are concerned with providing a safe yet fun environment for graduation parties. Hosting the party on a yacht solves one of the biggest problems…No one can leave the party early!
IDEAS
- Have students meet at school where a bus will pick them up to take them to the yacht (see your Cruise Consultant for bus transportation).
- Ask the school mascot to make a surprise appearance.
- Serve teen favorites like a fajita bar or hamburgers, hotdogs and fries.
